CIE Delta E 94 Textile is a variation of the CIE Delta E 94 with slightly different
weightings of the Chroma and Hue correction factors, making it
better suited to measuring color differences of textiles.
Since it is based on L*a*b* space, a reference white needs to be
chosen to compute this Readout value.
